Shama Nannapaneni

Co-Founder & CEO

Shama Nannapaneni is Co-Founder and CEO of Shiminly, an EdTech company pioneering life skills education for the AI era. She began her career in law and business, co-founding Sigma Systems Inc., a staffing firm, where she has served in executive leadership roles overseeing financial strategy and operations. Before launching Shiminly, she built a career at the intersection of entrepreneurship, legal expertise, and global strategy, with a focus on integrating innovation into both education and enterprise. Shama holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate, and Financial Law from Fordham University School of Law.

Hima Nannapaneni

Co-Founder & Founding Advisor

Hima Nannapaneni is a product leader with experience across technology, strategy, and asset management. She is currently at HarbourVest Partners, where she drives the firm’s technology product framework, developing scalable platforms and advancing innovation across the organization.

Before HarbourVest, she spent eight years at BlackRock, most recently as a Senior Product Manager overseeing the design and implementation of contract management systems. She began her career at Natixis Global Asset Management, gaining early experience in financial services and operations. She holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.

Suren Nannapaneni

Co-Founder & COO

Suren Nannapaneni is a cofounder and partner at Satori Digital Asset Management, a crypto-focused investment firm. Suren began his career investing in public and private markets, working at Cartica Management, a long-only emerging markets fund, and at Accolade Partners, a venture capital and growth equity fund-of-funds. Before launching Satori, he led investing and technology scouting at Dcode, a venture accelerator that brings emerging technologies into the federal government. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
